THE NFL SEASON HAS STARTED!!!

With the NFL season, underway fans and die-hard fans are already getting into the season hoping their team will become champs. The first game of the 2018-2019 NFL season was on September 6th when the defending champs the Eagles took on the Falcons. The game was a close game but the Eagles finally pulled away and beat the Falcons 18-12. A series of close games followed such as the Dolphins vs Titans with the Dolphins pulling out a close victory 27-20, Seahawks vs Broncos with the Broncos pulling off the upset 27-24 and lastly The Texans vs Patriots with the Patriots Prevailing 27-20.

In other news, the Pittsburg Steelers and the Clevland Browns tied in a nail-biting 21-21 game, the game went into overtime Chris Boswell (9) Missed the 43 yard overtime field goal which gave the Browns to make something happen. The Browns gave up a turnover and the Steelers gained possession, but with 45 seconds left in overtime the Browns managed an interception and tried for the win from 32 yards out. With the ball set Zane Gonzalez (2) kicks and the ball gets deflected by number 90 T.J Watt on the Steelers and the game then ended in a tie. Some week 1 blowouts consist of the Bills vs Ravens which ended with the Ravens destroying the Bills 47-3 and the Lions vs Jets ending in a 48-17 Landslide Victory by the Jets.

Standings in the NFC East are Redskins 1-0, Eagles 1-0, Giants 0-1, Cowboys 0-1                  Standings in the NFC West are Rams 1-0, Seahawks 0-1, 49er’s 01, Cardinals 0-1                    Standings in the NFC North are Pakers 1-0, Vikings 1-0, Lions 0-1, Bears 0-1                          Standings in the NFC South are Buccaneers 1-0, Panthers 1-0, Falcons 0-1, Saints 0-1

Some matches to look foward to next week would be Packers vs Vikings and Patriots vs Jaguars.
